Youth Equipped is a youth empowerment and career guidance platform based in Kenya. We help students and young professionals make confident career choices, navigate university applications, access scholarships, and transition into meaningful work, education, employment, and civic engagement. We are always fully focused on helping young people to make informed choices

Caree Guidance & Education Pathways

We provide direct support to students as they transition from high school to college, and from college to work.

Skills Training

We deliver practical workshops for students and early-career professionals, covering leadership, digital skills, CV writing, interview preparation, and employability

Policy Advisory & Strategic Youth Engagement

We support NGOs, governments, and institutions in designing youth-centered policies and programs. To strengthen youth employment and smart advocacy initiatives.
